Camping Africa is situated at the very centre of the Gulf, between the promontories of Argentario and Talamone. With bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market, tennis courts and fully furnished 4 people bungalows, next to 50 yards of uncontaminated sandy beach, this is a perfectly organised campsite. Managed by Voltoncino srl, it is located right by the sea along the main road Aurelia. Besides enjoying a wide range of water sports in a transparent sea, guests can enrich their holidays with interesting visits to the Maremma National Park, as well as to the nearby W.W.F. oasis around the Orbetello lagoon, or with excursions to the hinterland of the Maremma and its typical villages (Pitigliano, Saturnia, Sovana, Sorano) and other more famous centres on the Costa d'Argento: Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Talamone, Ansedonia, and the Etruscan city of Cosa. Mini Cruises can also be taken to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri.
